A break for the holidays

My family and I are packing up our bags and getting ready for a much needed and over due vacation. We will be heading to south america to see family and enjoy some beach time.
I will be back mid January, but until then I hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday filled with LOVE and JOY.
oh, and don't you just love my little noah up there... he's such a sweetie.

Our products in use!

One of our sweet customers sent us photos from her daughter's recent western birthday party. She purchased our western printable invitations, along with a door sign, table sign, favor tags, and cupcake toppers. Even the cake was designed to match the invitations we had created for the party. I just love all the special touches and details that Jennifer made to put this party together. How cute are those western lollipop favors in the burlap bags!? So cute!

My baby boy turned 1! Fun and games...

Another game I had planned for the kids was "pin the tie on Noah." It turned out to be super fun and the adults even enjoyed it! I designed a large cartoon drawing of Noah and printed it on 11x17 size paper. To hang the game I simply applied stick on magnets to the Noah poster and the ties, and stuck everything to the refrigerator... it worked perfectly.:) We also had a lot of fun making everyone pose with our mustaches on a stick. Overall it turned out to be such a fun and special event.

My baby boy turned 1! Fun and games...

I set up some simple outdoor activities for the kids, including bubbles and balls. I had several balls thrown in the yard in colors that matched the party, and I had bubble wands for the kids to make their own bubbles, as well as 2 bubble machines filling the backyard with bubbles for catching. The kids ended up having so much fun!

My baby boy, Noah, turned one last week and I thought I would share some photos from his big day! We decided to keep the party small and intimate, and it made the day so special to have some of our closest friends with us.

I decided to do a vintage "little man" theme with mustaches and ties used for decor, and a soda bar to add to the fun vintage feel. I found so many fabulous items on etsy to help make the day complete.

Parties that inspire ... A party in shades of yellow

If you're having trouble coming up for a theme for your next party, try basing the party on a color (or a couple colors)! I found this adorable yellow themed bridal shower and loved the idea of the yellow. This party is courtesy of www.talidabakes.com.

Parties that Inspire...Garden Party

I love this dreamy outdoor party! The pink and aqua colors just happen to be some of my favorites, and I would love to have one of these beautiful desserts right now.
